Is there a Setup Fee?
Yes, a one time setup fee of $100 pays for professional customization work.

Are there any other costs?
No. Other than the setup fee or any additional options you choose all costs are included. However, in rare cases when clients want a lot of customization they may incur extra design charges. In these few cases, they are always notified in advance.

Is a contract required?
No contract is required. However, you may receive additional savings if you sign up for longer periods of time.

How do you take payment?
We provide our clients two easy choices for payment. 1) automatic credit card payment or 2) automatic checking withdrawal. The withdrawal occurs on the monthly anniversary your website went online.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged when you sign up and on the monthly anniversary of when your site went live.

What is my total cost to get started?
A total of your monthly fee plus the setup fee. Afterwards, you pay only monthly fee. Of course, if you choose optional features this amount would increase.

Will the price of the website go up?
We go through great lengths to keep our prices low. However, you may see small increases over time. You can "lock in" your price with an optional contract.

How do I Cancel?
Simple, just give us a 30 day written notice and your account will be cancelled. Just fax in your signed cancellation request to us. Please note that a cancellation fee will apply for those on a contract.

Do you customize the website for each client?
Yes. You have a choice of 5 colors for the website plus we display your company name and phone number prodominately through out the site. We highlight your services, years of experience, and guarantee. There are many areas that the website can be changed to fit your business.

How do I make changes to the website?
You can make changes to your website once a month. Simply submit to us in writing the changes you want and we make all the changes for you. Each client recieves up to half an hour a month for changing coupons, phone numbers, addresses at no additional charge. Please note, design changes time can not be accumulated.

Can I keep my existing URL?
In most cases yes. If you have control of your URL you can simply redirect it to your new website location. If someone is hosting the URL for your website, you need to contact them to see about pointing the URL to our location. You can transfer your URL to us for a fee of $50/year.

When do you charge a design fee?
Most clients never see a design fee. However, there are cases where we would charge a design fee. For example, any time a customer want to have, design work done or if a customer exceeds their customization time allotment for monthly changes or their inital set up.

What is your design fee?
Our design fee is $60/hr. This amount is subject to change over time.

Do you do custom design work?
Yes we do custom design work in the following areas: webdesign, videos, online shopping carts, online databases, logo design, flash, and asp.net programming.

How long does it take for my website to come online?
Our goal is to have every site up within 7 business days, However, in most sites they are up in 4 to 5 business days.

What is Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?
SEO is the process of designing a website to be search engine friendly. This is done in order to get a high natural search ranking. Since the search engines do not publish what criteria is used in their ranking process it is impossible to make any guarantees about where your website will be ranked. We have been able to get many of our clients on the first page utilizing our extensive knowledge and experience.

Can my competition buy the same website?
Each website we sell comes with a "buffer zone" of 314 square miles around your location. We will NOT sell to any of your competitors in that area. Larger "buffer zones" can be purchased.

Can you set up my website URL?
Yes we can. We will help you choose your website URL and set it up for you and make sure it is linked to your new website. The cost for this service is $50/year, paid in advance.
